Overview

H-Energy was founded in 2009 as a startup, and today it has become the technological and innovation HUB of "Altea Federation." H-Energy is experienced and creative, combining emerging technologies to create innovative digital solutions focusing on the user experience.

Its integration practice has gained experience in various fields and markets with the mission of "harmonizing and integrating complex systems." Its "360 approach" includes architecture design, an installation and configuration platform, process design, project implementation and an application maintenance system.

H-Energy has gained several experiences in the retail/fashion market by integrating CRM and e-commerce (Salesforce, SAP, Microsoft), DAM, warehouse management and ERP (SAP. Microsoft, Stealth, Oracle etc. etc.). In the manufacturing market, it has gained many experiences of integrations related to the post-sales process, especially customer service and field service with CRMs (SAP, Salesforce, Microsoft), knowledge bases, technical papers, collaboration platforms and AR/VR.
